There can be four months of very cold winter temperatures (as low as -25 degrees C) and heavy snow falls - then Poland is very good, as there are many winter sport resorts. There are hundreds of lifts up the mountains, taking you to a range of ski runs - green for beginners up to double black runs for very advanced skiers & snowboarders.
