This website is owned by Poland 4 All. The following Terms and Conditions apply to anyone using the Services of www.poland4all.com and include any communication by post, e-mail or by telephone. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting.
In these Terms and Conditions references to "we", "us" and "our" are references to Poland 4 all, the terms "you", "your" and "investor" refer to any individual, company or business (whether registered with us or not) to whom we provide our Services by any means including, but not limited to, telephone, face-to-face contact, postal correspondence, electronic mail or via our website.

Our information, opinion and advice is based on marketing research, reports, statistics and predictions. The information we provide will be as up to date and as accurate as possible but because it comes from third party sources we can make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of this information and assume no responsibility or liability for any omissions or errors contained therein.
THIRD PARTIES
We may as part of our services recommend various Third Parties such us mortgage brokers, solicitors, estate agents, builders, property owners, etc. - however we make no warranties or representations as to the reliability, errors or omissions in the services they provide.
REAL ESTATE
Any specification, measurement and pictures of any property or land are given in good faith and believed to be correct at the time. Although we make every effort to ensure their accuracy they are however given as a general guide only and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors contained therein.
Any developer we work with may reserve the right to change the specifications, plans and designs at any time without prior notice. We will not therefore be responsible for costs or losses relating to these alterations.
No warranties or representations are given that the contents of this website or information otherwise provided will reflect the most recent plans, designs or specifications.
OUR FEES
Use of our website is totally free of charge, all charges relating to reservations, purchases or services must be paid in advance, and subject to Terms and Conditions.
RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS
Any monies paid as deposits for reservations are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations will incur a charge as a percentage of the total Holiday cost (excluding insurance). This charge varies according to the length of time before the departure date as follows:

More than 60 - 20% Between 60 and 40 - 30% Between 40 and 30 - 50% Between 30 and 15 - 70% Less than 15 days - 100%
INSURANCE
You as an individual or group are fully responsible for purchasing adequate insurance protection. We recommend you to obtain a policy which will cover you from the time you pay your deposit to the time you are back home.
You as an individual or group are also fully responsible for taking notice, following all instructions, advice and safety precautions given by your leader or guide relating to your holiday, trip or travel. We Poland 4 All take no responsibility for any injury, accident, disability of any kind or any losses accrued relating to any services provided or organised by ourselves or supplied by third parties.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
We comply with UK Data Protection legislation and rules currently in force.
We will use your personal information to inform you of any interesting offers we might have and for marketing purposes.
Please advise us of any changes to the personal details you provide us with at the time of Registration.

After registration you will be able to communicate with our office, obtaining help and advice regarding any issue relating to Poland which in turn will save you time and money,

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms, but this does not affect any remedy or right of any third party, which exists or is available apart from that Act.
LAWS APPLICABLE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all disputes arising in connection with them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
